LTI 1.3 — Direct LMS Access Live
Participants launch Flyt directly from Canvas, Blackboard, or any LTI-compatible learning management system with a single click. Authentication is handled seamlessly between platforms — no separate login required. Deep linking support means administrators can link directly to specific programmes or engagements from within the LMS.
Engagement Touchpoints Live
An activity timeline within each engagement, giving coaches and administrators a clear view of every interaction — meetings booked, rescheduled, or cancelled, reminders sent, and key notifications like programme launches and client invitations. Touchpoints create a chronological record of the coaching relationship, making it easy to see the full communication history at a glance.
Hour-Based Progress Tracking Live
Programmes can now track engagement progress by hours consumed rather than steps completed. Progress bars, completion indicators, and the management overview all reflect the hours-based model. Ideal for organisations working with strict coaching hour budgets or regulatory hour requirements.
Engagement Tagging & Filtering Live
Custom, colour-coded tags categorise engagements across an organisation. Tags distinguish engagement types, cohorts, funding sources, or any other classification an organisation needs. Tags are surfaced across billing, reporting, and management views, and can be used as filters throughout the platform.
Billing & Pay Rate Tracking Live
Contracted billing rates and coach pay rates are tracked at the engagement level, with intelligent defaults cascading from programme settings. Rates are surfaced across all billing views and exports, significantly simplifying financial reconciliation for organisations managing multiple programmes with different commercial arrangements.
Enhanced Billing Dashboard Live
A comprehensively improved billing experience with multi-programme filtering, timezone-aware session reporting, granular date-range selection, and column-based sorting. Sessions that cross midnight boundaries are now reported accurately regardless of timezone differences between coaches, clients, and administrators.
Meeting Rescheduling & Cancellation Live
A streamlined rescheduling flow that lets coaches reschedule directly from the cancellation dialog, with clear late-cancellation messaging and the ability to reschedule past meetings. Meeting duration can be overridden per booking for flexible session lengths.
Client Re-Enrolment Live
Clients can now have multiple engagements within the same programme, fully supporting re-enrolment and returning participant scenarios. Previous engagements remain visible with clear status indicators, providing a complete coaching history while ensuring only one engagement is active at any time.

Degreed LMS Integration Live
Provision coaching participants directly from a Degreed learning environment. Course completion and assignment data flows back automatically, so coaching outcomes are tracked alongside the rest of an organisation’s L&D programmes without manual data entry.
Coaching Session Feedback Live
A comprehensive feedback system woven directly into the coaching workflow. Attach surveys to any programme step with automatic magic-link delivery, so participants complete surveys and session ratings in a single, seamless flow without needing to log in.
Assignment Improvements Live
Assignments can now be automatically marked complete when a client uploads their deliverable, removing an unnecessary manual step for submission-based tasks. Due dates can also be set relative to the booked meeting, so deadlines adjust automatically when a session is rescheduled. Assignments past their end date are now marked unavailable for clients, and locked assignments are fully protected from changes.
Chemistry Session Progress Dashboard Live
A redesigned coach picker with programme-level visibility of all chemistry sessions, so you can see which clients have booked, with whom, and how many remain at a glance. The coach pool interface is streamlined with a condensed default view, and coaches can record chemistry calls that occurred outside the platform for complete session history. Coaches at or over their maximum engagement limit are flagged and filtered out of the picker, so chemistry sessions are only ever booked with coaches who have room.
Admin Controlled Coach Profile Categories Live
Coach profile attributes such as areas of expertise, accreditations, and assessments are now fully configurable per organisation, replacing fixed fields with tag categories you define. Administrators can also control whether downloadable PDF coach bios are available. The result is a coach library that mirrors each organisation’s own taxonomy.
Management Overview Filtering & Bulk Actions Live
The management overview gains multi-select filtering by engagement status and tags, a one-to-one-only view, and grouped cards for clients with more than one engagement. Administrators can now act on multiple engagements at once with bulk actions, making large programmes far quicker to manage.
Session Forfeiting & Meeting Controls Live
Late cancellations can now forfeit the session against the hour budget, with a clear exception override for administrators when a forfeit should be reversed. Warnings are shown before a cancellation is confirmed, tailored to each viewer and available in all four platform languages.
Custom-Branded Domains Live
Organisations can present Flyt on their own branded subdomain, with their logo and colours applied to the login and activation pages. Notification emails and booking links use the branded address too, so the experience stays consistent from the first invitation through every session reminder.
Coaching Commerce & Integrated Payments Live
A commercial layer enabling organisations to sell coaching packages, hour bundles, or individual sessions directly through Flyt. Integrated payment processing connects with an organisation’s preferred payment provider, handling cross-border transactions, multi-currency billing, and automated reconciliation within a single workflow. Package-based and session-based pricing models are both supported, turning the platform into a complete delivery and distribution channel for coaching services. The storefront includes checkout agreements with clear consent prompts and a full record of what was agreed, discount codes, a checkout language switcher, purchase notifications for administrators, and a coach-assignment flow that sends the coachee a booking link the moment their coach is confirmed.
Guest Booking Links Live
Shareable booking links let a participant view and book a session without logging in, with the correct coach availability and session length applied automatically. Guests see coach profiles, book inline, and can copy the coach’s calendar availability with a single click. The booking view carries the organisation’s branding, shows meeting links as soon as they’re ready, and handles expired or invalid links gracefully — ideal for first sessions and lightweight touchpoints where account creation would be a barrier.
Flexible Meeting Durations Live
Each step can offer selectable or fully custom meeting lengths rather than a single fixed duration, so a programme can mix short check-ins with longer deep-dive sessions. The chosen length carries through to booking, including guest bookings made without an account. Durations can also be edited after a session has taken place, with external calendars, notifications, and billing staying perfectly in sync.
Hour Budget Controls Live
A new “Limit coaching hours” setting controls whether hour budgets are enforced, with support for fractional budgets. Enforcement is now consistent for everyone: coaches, clients, and guests are routed to a request-more-hours flow when a budget is reached, while administrators and programme managers retain a confirm-to-override path.
Localised Dates & Times Live
Date and time display is localised across the entire application, matching each user’s language and regional conventions.
Platform Quality & Performance Live
Noticeably faster page loads, smoother dialogs on mobile devices, more reliable coach availability for always-online conferencing setups, and tightened security around connected calendars.

July release, in progress, and planned
Informational Programme Steps Live
A new informational step type lets programme designers add pinned, always-visible guidance with rich content such as welcome notes, instructions, or resources, plus an optional read acknowledgement for clients. Information steps sit alongside coaching steps without affecting progress or scheduling, and are available in all programmes.
Smart Booking Reminders Live
Configurable reminder cadences keep coachees booking their next session, even on open-ended engagements with no fixed step dates. Administrators set the rhythm at organisation, sponsor, programme, or individual engagement level, with intelligent inheritance between levels and reminders managed directly from the engagement list. A separate follow-up prompt is sent whenever a session is cancelled and not yet rebooked.
Coach Billing & PDF Timesheets Live
The coach billing view gains an Excel/PDF export toggle, with exports that match the on-screen view exactly — making timesheet handoff to finance teams effortless. Billing statistics also load significantly faster.
Editable Step Dates Live
Start and end dates — and the “lock until start date” setting — can now be edited on existing engagement steps directly from the step view, not only from programme structure. Locked steps stay closed to clients until their start date.
Invitation Delivery Tracking Live
An info icon on the engagement list reveals full email delivery tracking — sent, delivered, opened, clicked, or bounced — so administrators always know whether an invitation reached its recipient.
Cleaner Calendar Events Live
Calendar events now show only the meeting link in the location field and use a clear coachee-and-programme title, so sessions are instantly recognisable in any connected calendar.
Step Resources as Cards Live
Step-level resources are presented as rich cards tinted in the organisation’s primary colour, matching the polished look of assignment submissions.
Intake Surveys Live
Intake surveys can be created directly in the surveys interface and attached to coach-selection steps, capturing each coachee’s needs and preferences before matching.
Forum & Messaging Live
Built-in communication across the platform. A coach-coachee message board within each engagement provides a space for ongoing dialogue between sessions, sharing reflections, resources, or follow-ups without leaving the platform. Discussion forums inside group and team coaching steps support cohort-based conversations, peer learning, and workshop follow-through. Announcements reach participants in the same place, with per-programme controls over what clients can see and post. All communication stays in context and in one place.
Advanced Programme Scheduling Coming Soon
A new way to plan and staff coaching programmes at scale. Administrators create scheduled programmes with defined dates, locations, and requirements, then announce them on a programme marketplace. Coaches browse available opportunities, express interest, and are matched through a structured assignment workflow. For multi-participant sessions, a built-in availability matching system allows participants to submit their available dates and times, with the platform automatically identifying optimal meeting slots that work for all attendees.
Enhanced Contract Management Coming Soon
Building on the platform’s existing contract and agreement workflows, this enhancement integrates contract management with billing and pay rate tracking. Administrators upload agreements relevant to each engagement, for both coaches and coachees, with billing rates, payment terms, and commercial arrangements linked directly to the contract. Recipients can review and sign directly within Flyt or download the document, sign offline, and upload the executed copy. The result is a single place to create, track, and store all coaching contracts across an organisation, with visibility into signature status at the programme level and a clear connection between agreed terms and actual billing activity.
Goal Tracking & Measurable Outcomes Coming Soon
Coaching goals become measurable outcomes. Survey responses, session feedback, and structured prompts contribute to trackable progress against defined programme goals. Administrators and sponsors get quantifiable evidence of coaching impact, supporting ROI reporting and programme justification with data rather than anecdotes.
Programme Meeting Calendar Coming Soon
A dedicated calendar view within each programme showing all booked meetings between coaches and coachees across the entire programme. Administrators and programme managers get a visual overview of scheduling activity at a glance, with the ability to filter by coach, client, date range, or session type.
Shared Hour Budget Pools Coming Soon
A single coaching hour budget can be shared across multiple programmes, so organisations with one central hour pool no longer need to split it up front. Consumption is tracked against the shared pool wherever the hours are used.
Assessment-Driven Goals & Impact Reporting Coming Soon
Import psychometric assessment reports to seed each coachee’s development goals automatically, tag goals to programme steps, and report coaching impact across an entire cohort — connecting assessment, coaching activity, and measurable outcomes in one flow.
Coach Profile Exporter Coming Soon
Export uniform, professionally formatted coach profiles as PDF or web pages — ideal for tenders, proposals, and client packs. Every profile follows the same clean template, drawn directly from the coach library.
In-Engagement Package Upsells Coming Soon
Storefront packages can be offered inside an existing engagement as a pending step: the coachee purchases additional hours or sessions in context, and the engagement extends automatically — no new enrolment, no admin round-trip.
Programme Transfers Coming Soon
Move a coachee and their engagement from one programme to another while keeping history, sessions, and progress intact — useful when cohorts are reorganised or a participant switches tracks mid-journey.
PO Number Tracking Coming Soon
Purchase order numbers can be recorded per sponsor, per programme, or per engagement and carried through to billing views and exports, aligning coaching invoices with corporate procurement processes.
Intake Insights for Coaches Coming Soon
With the organisation’s opt-in, a coachee’s intake survey responses are shared with their assigned coach at the moment of matching, so the first session starts from understanding rather than introductions.
Custom Terms & Conditions Coming Soon
Organisations on branded subdomains can present their own terms and conditions on the login page, extending white-label branding to the legal layer of the participant experience.
Smarter Availability & Session Reminders Coming Soon
Coaches are prompted to add availability before booking invitations go out, notified when their availability is fully booked, and upcoming-session reminders become more visible for coaches and administrators alike.
Participant Profiles & Submissions Coming Soon
A richer participant profile with a dedicated submissions tab collecting all assignment uploads in one place, giving coaches and administrators a complete view of each coachee’s work.
Clearer Notes & Memos Visibility Coming Soon
Explicit visibility labelling for session notes and memos, so coaches and coachees always know exactly who can see what they write.
Preview Programme
Available to select partner organisations on request
AI Session Notes Preview
AI-powered session note generation built on deep coaching domain expertise. Coaches receive comprehensive, structured notes within moments of a session ending, capturing key themes, action items, and developmental observations. The AI identifies patterns and insights that connect individual sessions to broader development trajectories, keeping coaches fully present with their clients rather than distracted by note-taking. All AI processing respects Flyt’s privacy architecture — session content is never used to train models or shared across organisations.
AI Coach Matching Preview
Intelligent coach-coachee matching that goes beyond profile filtering. Custom intake surveys analyse each coachee’s needs, goals, communication preferences, and development context. The matching engine evaluates coach expertise, style, personality fit, and availability to recommend optimal pairings from an organisation’s coach pool — with organisations reporting faster time-to-first-session and stronger coaching relationships from the outset.
AI Programme Insights & Pattern Recognition Preview
Intelligent programme monitoring that surfaces critical trends before they become problems. AI-generated programme health summaries highlight at-risk engagements, engagement momentum, and completion trajectory across an entire cohort. Advanced pattern recognition identifies common themes emerging across sessions, surfacing insights that would be invisible at the individual engagement level. ROI narratives are generated from complex programme data, giving sponsors and stakeholders clear, compelling evidence of coaching impact.
REST API Access Preview
A documented public API giving technical teams direct programmatic access to Flyt’s data and workflows. Build custom integrations, automate provisioning and reporting workflows, and connect Flyt to internal systems with access to engagements, sessions, billing, participant data, and programme structures.
